Is activity aligned to a cue, immediately masked, gradually reset, or phase-shifted by a pulse?

Wall-clock dates, the actual zeitgeber schedule, accepted daily markers, and explicit pulse or schedule-shift timing.

Enter the light or feeding schedule and inspect its background on the actogram.
Run Measure phase angle for marker-to-cue alignment.
Run Measure acute masking for activity during a pulse.
Run Measure re-entrainment for the post-shift trajectory.

Masking is not clock resetting; temporal alignment alone is not proof that the cue caused entrainment.
