Measure entrainment and perturbation

Question

Is activity aligned to a cue, immediately masked, gradually reset, or phase-shifted by a pulse?

What you need

Wall-clock dates, the actual zeitgeber schedule, accepted daily markers, and explicit pulse or schedule-shift timing.

Click path

  1. Enter the light or feeding schedule and inspect its background on the actogram.
  2. Run Measure phase angle for marker-to-cue alignment.
  3. Run Measure acute masking for activity during a pulse.
  4. Run Measure re-entrainment for the post-shift trajectory.
  5. For multiple stimulus phases, enter or score points under Fit a phase response curve.

What success looks like

Daily evidence, exclusions, sign conventions, phase coverage, and model warnings remain visible beside the summary.

What it does not prove

Masking is not clock resetting; temporal alignment alone is not proof that the cue caused entrainment.

What gets saved

Each result JSON retains points, schedule, current settings, source fingerprint, and software version.
