A recording with several observable cycles and a defensible selected interval.

- Inspect the core periodograms for edge peaks and harmonics.
- Choose Workbench → Compare period estimates.
- Run unlike methods over the same candidate range.
- If period drifts, run Track phase and period.
- Adopt a period only after checking coverage, uncertainty, and warnings.
What success looks like¶
Several estimators support one neighbourhood and no result is pinned to the search boundary.
What it does not prove¶
Estimator agreement does not prove endogenous rhythmicity or entrainment.
